Yellow Peaches have a rosy red cheek over soft yellow skin. They are very juicy, sweet, and have a more flavorful acidic, peachy "bite", as compared to their white cousins. Their tartness & assertiveness in flavor makes them preferred for baking cakes, pies as well as other deserts, especially those that require a balance between sweet and tart!
