Hokkaido is famous for its sweet corns, but the "Pure White" Sweet Corn is truly in a class of its own. Known for its soft & fluffy kernels and almost creamy taste, they are very sweet and can be (should be!) eaten raw to be properly appreciated
Hokkaido has a huge variation in climate, with days being extremely hot and the nights extremely cold, which causes produce to store more moisture within themselves, resulting in some of the juiciest & tastiest fresh fruit and vegetables in the region!
"Pure White" Sweet Corn are hard to grow near ordinary corns, and hence tend to be rare, treat yourself to some, flown straight from the lush fields of Hokkaido to you!
