This is a real Breton country pâté using a certified recipe. The use of specially selected fresh meat (Label Rouge) cooked without additives resulted in this recipe being certified Label Rouge (quality seal).
Hénaff's Breton pork terrine won the silver medal of the General Agricultural Competition in the Superior Country Pâté category in 2009.
