The Wombok (also known as Chinese cabbage), is the sweetest of all cabbages, commonly found in Asian cuisine. It's most prominent in Korea, where its mild, sweet flavor is used in Kimchi!

The Purple Wombok's color stems from its high content of the antioxidant anthocyanin (which is also found in Purple Cauliflowers & red wine) contributing to its darker color, and giving it ~10 times more vitamin A than its green counterpart!
