We sure are glad you asked! We've made the entire process as hassle-free as possible for you, but took great care in ensuring that you receive the freshest produce at the most value-for-money possible, whilst keeping you up-to-date every step of the way. Here's how we do it:

I can't pick up! Do you deliver? How much do you charge for delivery?

Don't worry, we understand! To help you out, we offer deliveries for a fixed cost of HKD80, no matter how much you order! Orders above HKD399 get delivered free!

When do you deliver?
We deliver to HK Island, Kowloon & NT* (next-day delivery)! The cut-off timings & details are as follows:

Given that all our produce is kept at an optimal temperature to ensure freshness, we will require you to be/or have someone else present to take delivery

Should you have a delivery time preference, please kindly note it down on your order and we'll try our very best to schedule it as such. We will let you know your exact delivery timing shortly after your order has been confirmed.

Where do you deliver? Do you charge extra for deliveries outside of HK Island?

We currently deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and some outlying island areas*.

*We do not deliver to Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, Lau Fau Shan, Tai Po - Plover Cove, Lung Kwu Tan, Mai Po, Sai Kung - Pak Tam Chung (incl' Hoi Ha Wan), Clear Water Bay (Po Toi O & Tai Miu), all of the outlying islands except Tung Chung, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay

And, no, we do not charge any extra for deliveries outside of HK Island!

Must I be home for my delivery?

Yes. Fresh produce does not keep fare on doorsteps, and slowly wilts away from lack of attention (they do attract unsightly guests looking to take a peek inside too).

We therefore kindly ask that you select a time most convenient for you from our schedule above, so we can deliver your order to you fresh and in tip-top condition!

How do I track my order?

You can contact us at anytime with the tracking number included in the order confirmation email. We will check on it for you immediately.

Something came up, can I reschedule my order?

Once your order gets picked up by the courier, we will not be able to have it sent back. We understand plans change though, so drop us a mail and let us see what we can work out for you.

Fresh produce doesn't like to be stood up though, and if it gets rescheduled would likely not be as fresh as if it were delivered the first time.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order due to logistics. Nonetheless, please do contact us so we can try our best to assist you with an alternative arrangement.

Ordering & Sourcing

How do I reorder everything I've ordered last week?

It's real simple!

1) Login to Your Account
2) Just click the re-order button next to the order you wish to place again
3) You'll be taken straight to the checkout page with all the items you had previously ordered, ready to be processed!

Where does your produce come from?

We strongly believe in quality and freshness, and as such depending on the type of produce, source it predominantly internationally (from the US, Europe & Australia) or farm-fresh, locally (for certain items that don't travel as well)! Once shipment of our imported produce arrives in Hong Kong, it is stored chilled (no higher than 8°C), packed as quickly as we can, before you pick it up or until we get it to your door!

Is your produce organic?

All our organic products are clearly labeled as organic.

If you are looking for a particular organic fruit or vegetable, please do contact us and we can either offer that specific item the next month, or procure it for you individually.

Why is your selection limited? This doesn't even cover half of what I typically purchase at a supermarket!

Here at the Fresh Supply Company, we're committed to providing only the freshest produce we can source, at the best possible prices. We try not to offer produce where we aren't cost competitive, and thus act as a supplement to your regular grocery run, rather than replace it completely.

However, should you be craving specifically for any fresh produce that we do not currently offer, do contact us and we can either offer that specific item the next month, or procure it for you individually.

We pride ourselves in customer service, so please do get in touch so we can work something out for you.

Can I recycle your crates?

Of course you can. Mother Earth would thank you for being so considerate

Monthly Subscription

How does your subscription service work?

We offer 2 monthly subscription crates depending on your needs:

 Our subscription crate contains a selection of our best imported fruits and vegetables delivered to your home every week, for a month! Only the choicest of our produce gets picked for our crates, and we change the selection every week, so you'd never tire of what you receive.

The subscription crate includes free delivery, so it's a hassle-free way to get the best of our produce without having to decide what to pick!

Payment

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) as well as Paypal. Credit card transactions are currently processed via Paypal: you do not need to have a Paypal account, but can just select the "Checkout as a Guest" option when at the Paypal screen to enter your credit card details!

If your order is large enough, we'll take Bitcoin.

Customer Satisfaction

These items aren't what I ordered? Why aren't they fresh?

We apologize for any mistakes or inconvenience caused, and would love to work the problem out with you. If the error falls with us, we'd gladly offer you a full store credit refund so we can take the chance to make it right.

We would appreciate if you could check your items when they arrive and let us know of any problems then (pictures and a description of the problem do help!), as it'd be harder to ascertain the nature of the problem days after the delivery has been made.

Are your operations licensed?

Absolutely! We adhere strictly to Hong Kong's FEHD ("Food & Environmental Hygiene Department") Standards, and have obtained licenses for Frozen Confections sold in Manufacturers' Cups and Wrappers (原廠盛杯及包裹物盛載的冰凍甜點): 03 18 801432, and Prepackaged Chilled and Frozen Meat (預先包裝冷凍(冰鮮)及冷藏肉): 03 18 801441
