Belgian endives have a slightly bitter flavor that reminds us of radicchio, but the snappy texture is unique to the endive. The arrowhead-shaped leaves have a soft, unpolished surface, but when you bite into them, they've got body and crunch. They're perfect in adding texture and color to your salads!
