Baby Corn is an immature ear of corn, picked before its prime. It has a crisp texture, is mildly sweet with a satisfying snap to it (not unlike that you get from baby carrots). Used commonly in Asian cuisine, it'll add texture & crunch to any dish, without adding an overpowering flavor!
